You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App, including your generated combinations, favorites, and statistics. We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally on your device.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.
